Alessandra entered the fitness industry over a decade ago determined to make it a better place. Her passion lies in showing women of all ages how to be strong, and never settle for the standard.

Josh grew up a three sport athlete, and turned that into a career in health and fitness. His passion is teaching busy parents how to take control of their health, regain their confidence, and become empowered leaders for their family.
